Your designer, wherever you are.
No office visits, no scheduling around someone else's calendar. We work with clients around the world, fully online, saving you time and travel costs.
Process & how it works
After payment, you're redirected to a detailed project brief. Design work begins the moment you submit it completely — not at the moment of payment.
Your answers to the brief questionnaire, any inspiration photos you've collected, and your room's floor plan or a self-measured sketch (we walk you through exactly how in the brief).
We don't take measurements on-site, since everything is done online. The brief includes clear, step-by-step instructions for measuring your space accurately yourself. (We're also working on a tool to make this even easier in the future.)
The design is delivered as one complete, final concept — no revisions are included by default. Since the brief is built to capture everything we need upfront, the more detailed your answers, the more accurate the first version will be. If you'd like changes afterward, you can add a revision round for $199.
The result reflects the detail and clarity of your brief — that's why we ask you to be as specific as possible about your taste, needs, and inspiration. If adjustments are needed, a revision round is available for $199.
You have 30 days from payment to complete the brief. If it's not submitted within that window, the order is automatically cancelled and the payment is non-refundable.
AI helps us explore directions quickly, but every concept is reviewed, refined, and finalized by our design team based on your specific brief.
No — the design is built from your individual brief, including your specific taste, priorities, and inspiration, not just your floor plan.
Trust & risk
Your brief includes your exact measurements, floor plan, and photos, which our designers use to build the concept specifically around your space — not a generic template.
You'll receive exact material, dimension, and style specifications rather than links to specific products — so you can source equivalent items from any local supplier, in your own market.
Since the design is built entirely from your brief, we don't offer refunds based on personal taste after delivery. This is also why detailed answers matter so much — and why a paid revision option ($199) exists for adjustments.
Yes, the entire process is online and asynchronous, so time zones aren't an issue.
Pricing & choosing a package
Your Style in 48h gives you a fast, ready-to-shop concept for one room. Tailor-Made Design includes full technical documentation, custom lighting plans, and hand-crafted concepts for more complex or whole-home projects, delivered in 5–7 days.
Detailed 2D technical plans built for contractors, two original hand-crafted concepts, a full lighting design, and extended material specifications — a level of documentation the 48h package doesn't include.
Just the design and specifications. You'll receive a Procurement Specs document — exact material, dimension, and style requirements for every piece — so you have full freedom to shop anywhere, rather than being tied to a fixed list of products.
Yes, our packages are priced and delivered per room.
No upfront payment is required with Klarna — you receive your finished design first and settle payment within 30 days.
After you receive the design
Either works. The documentation is clear enough for confident DIY execution, and detailed enough for a contractor to follow directly.
Not directly, but your documentation is built to be handed straight to any contractor or execution team you choose.
No — instead of links, you get precise Procurement Specs (materials, dimensions, style parameters). This gives you full control over budget and local sourcing, and ensures you can meet your market's availability and standards.
Yes. It includes dimensioned floor plans, layout zones, and material/finish specifications built for execution, not just visualization.
